Summer Orientation
We are excited to welcome the Class of 2023 to ECU this summer! Our Orientation staff is ready to answer your questions, show you our beautiful campus, and teach you some of our favorite ECU traditions! Students will meet in small groups with our Orientation Assistants (OA) as well as large group for information sessions. Family members will participate in concurrent sessions while your student is with his or her OA.
The four themes of our Student Success Continuum – CONNECT, INVEST, MOTIVATE and FINISH STRONG, will be introduced as the thematic framework used to highlight student engagement, in and out of the classroom, which leads to student success. These themes will be evident across campus throughout the year.
Each session is capped at 400 students and sessions 1-7 have closed, so make sure that if you haven’t already that you sign up for sessions 8-10 soon!
